Standard materials for wetted parts are brass base & Be Cu diaphragm.  This specification can be changed to make it suitable for most applications.  The diaphragm can be protected against corrosion by a thin flexible sheet of suitable material, and the pressure chamber can be electro plated or machined from a suitable metal or plastic.
